These terms cover your use of Swoon Page (swoonpage.com). By publishing a page, you agree to them. We have kept them short and plain on purpose.

What you get

Building and previewing a page is free. Publishing a page costs a one-time fee shown before you pay. A published page gets its own link, stays online for good, and can be edited for free.

Your content

• You keep ownership of everything you put on your page. You give us permission to store it and show it to anyone with the link, which is the whole point.
• Only upload photos, audio and words you have the right to use.
• Be kind. No harassment, threats, hate, explicit content, other people's private information, or pretending to be someone you are not.
• Pages are for people you know. Please do not use Swoon Page to advertise, spam or scam.

When we take a page down

If a page breaks these rules, or someone reports it and we agree it is harmful, we may take it down. If we take a page down for breaking the rules, we do not refund it. Every page has a "Report this page" link.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record and may show their own terms at checkout. How refunds work is on the refunds page. A refunded page is taken down.

Staying online

We work hard to keep every page up and fast, but like any service we cannot promise it will never have an outage. If Swoon Page ever had to close, we would give you notice and a way to save your page.

The legal bit

Swoon Page is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the page in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
