Privacy policy

Swoon Page lets you make a love page and send it as a link. We collect as little as we can to make that work, and we never sell your data or show ads. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@swoonpage.com.

While you build

Nothing leaves your device. Your draft, photos and audio are stored in your own browser (IndexedDB) until you publish. Photos are resized and re-encoded on your device, which also removes hidden data like GPS location.

WhatsApp chats are never uploaded. If you add chat stats, your export is read in your browser and only the final numbers you choose to keep (message counts, busiest hour, top words and emojis) become part of your page.

When you publish

• Your page: the text, photos, audio and settings you chose, so we can show it to the people you send it to.
• Your email address: to send your link, your private edit link, and notes from the person you made it for. We do not send marketing emails.
• An optional password: stored only as a salted hash. We cannot read it.
• Payment details: handled entirely by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record. We receive a payment reference, the amount and currency, never your card details.

When someone opens your page

If they send you a note or tap Yes on your question, we store it and email it to you. To stop spam, we keep a one-way hash of their IP address made with a key that changes every day. We never store raw IP addresses.

Cookies

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. A few small, functional cookies make the product work:

• Owner cookie: remembers that you made a page, so your own visits are not counted as "they opened it".
• Edit session: keeps you signed in to edit your page for 30 days after you use an edit link.
• Page password: remembers that a visitor entered the right password for 30 days.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites, and we count a few anonymous steps (such as "a page was previewed" or "a page was published") with no personal data attached.

Who can see your page

Anyone you give the link to. Pages are hidden from search engines, and you can add a password or keep a page sealed until a set time.

Where your data lives

Pages and photos are stored with Cloudflare. Emails are sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Each of them handles data under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

• Published pages stay until you ask us to delete them, or until a page is refunded or removed.
• Pages that are started at checkout but never paid for are deleted, with their photos, after 7 days.
• Edit links expire after 30 minutes and can be used once.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete anything we hold about you or your page. Email hello@swoonpage.com from the address you published with and we will reply within a few days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and say what changed.
