How to ask

Email support@swoonpage.com within 7 days of paying. Send it from the email address you published with, and include your page link.

What happens next

• We refund the full amount to the way you paid. Your bank usually shows it within a few working days.
• Your page is taken down when the refund goes through, and its link will say the page is no longer available.
• If you'd rather fix something than get a refund, edits are always free. Just reply and we'll help.

When we can't refund

After 7 days, or if a page was taken down for breaking our terms. If something went wrong on our side at any point, tell us and we'll make it right.
